As you'll be interacting with customers there will be questions designed to find out how well you communicate, including politeness and professionalism.





There may also be questions about client confidentiality and discreteness.

I am an OT working in UK so questions will no dount be different but I am guessing will include multidisiplinary working, prioritisation, some clinical type questions and communication.


As you are entry level the questions will be quite open so that you can 'twist' them to bring in some of your own experience. Always mention appropriate student placements or previous work experiences.
