I got a postcard saying that I didn't send the questionnaire back. I never got the initial summons. I don't know if it was lost in the mail or thrown out but I can't go on the date they want. I'm pregnant and have a Dr's appointment on that date. I can't reschedule this appointment (or rather I "won't").
What can I do? I should be able to reschedule the jury date right? I don't have the original summons though.

Call the clerk's office and reschedule your jury duty date. Don't ignore. They can arrest you.
