Would you fill out a short questionnaire at an Open House?

If you attended an Open House and the seller/realtor asked you to fill out a short questionnaire (asking what you thought about the house, etc) would you? What if beverages or cookies served, would that make a difference? :-)

Would you fill out a short questionnaire at an Open House?
I wouldn't mind filling out a short questionnaire asking what I thought about the house and how it matched (or didn't) what I was looking for, but I wouldn't include any of my contact information.
Reply:Might, depends on my purpose in going to Open House

But NOT if it wants name and address!!!

And think, your responses will depend on whether the person is just admiring a House Beautiful, snooping the neighbors out, or actually looking for a home to buy. . . . . Unless you have a lot of responses, beware of giving them too much credence
Reply:First of all, an Open House is Really a Lead Generator.

If you fill out the questionnaire, you are basically giving them the green light to contact you. Which, with your consent, wouldn't make it a cold call.

It is extremely rare that an open house actually sells a home.
Reply:Yes, if it didn't ask for any personal information and was strictly about selling the house %26amp; seeing what people thought of it.

No, if it asked for anything that would allow them to contact me afterward.
Reply:it is not required for any attendee to complete a questionnaire or any form in an open house. food/beverage does not change that.
Reply:Nope. It is a sale lead, and they will cold call you.
