Some places ask for the credit card number .This is for my final year project. I want to host a site and to insert a questionnaire to b filled and saved to a DataBase. The questionnaire will b like a data entering thing some questions having multiple answers and some having options to b chosen.These must b directly saved to the Data Base. Pls help.
