When filling out a form from an officious civil servant have you ever replied in more than one language?

Earlier today I snapped, and for some reason, decided to vent my fury on the local authority by answering their questionnaire in four languages, it didn't say I couldn't. Anyway have you ever done anything similiar or do I need to start drinking more Cognac?

I can`t say i have. Are you turning into the original grumpy old man. :)

Whenever someone in authority said something that made me mad, i used to say nothing.

But, as you get older, you start answering back more. You gain more confidence and you start realising how much cr.p is talked about everything.

Enjoy your Cognac. I enjoy a tipple myself of an evening. I bet the local authority are loving you today!! Make them work for their money i say!!
Reply::) :) :) Thanks for the points. That is funny! Report Abuse

Reply:That's O.k .The DWP have a translation service that they ring up several times a day for £100 a pop . I'm sure whoever gets your form will have the same access.

The only ones that fazed me were the ones with unidentifiable brown smears...........I kid you not.

But drink more Cognac anyway!
Reply:No but I answer questions in several different accents

Keep drinking the cognac, its when you stop drinking you get depressed
Reply:No, I just chill %26amp; write a little personal note at the bottom, something like "have a happy day".

Less cognac.....too much %26amp; it becomes a depressant.

Like your plants....too much water %26amp; they become soaked :-)
Reply:yes, I routinely reply in Russian, but they keep on returning the forms.
