I plan to take the police civil service exam. However, I am missing some employment records from about five years ago. I am waiting on employment verification from social security(that will take weeks). I want to know will I be able to rely on my short memory to complete this seemingly basic screening questionnaire. Or should I just wait until I have all my exact information. Would a personal background check supply the same information?
