What questions would you ask a customer if you were trying to measure your 'marketing messages'.?

I plan to create a questionnaire to measure our marketing messages, but not sure what questions to ask? Any ideas.

What questions would you ask a customer if you were trying to measure your 'marketing messages'.?
Try using questions or phrases where you direct the customer towards what you want to measure.

For instance "Have we satisfied your needs today?"

"Did you understand the information clearly? or was it confusing?"

"What kind of information would you like to know more about?"

"How did the "x" image/phrase made you feel when you first saw/read it?"

"Do you think everything in the "message" was necessary or was it more than you needed?"

Or use open statements such as "Your comments on our campaign/product/service are very important for us, in order for us to give you a better service, please provide us with your comments".

Do not be afraid of using direct questions as long as you ask them in good taste and at the right time.

Try to follow the KISS rule "Keep It Short %26amp; Simple".

Keep in mind the objective you had in mind when creating the "marketing messages" you wanted to communicate and measure in relation to the objective.

For instance, If you wanted to send a "security, well-being or health related message", try to measure according to these ideas, if the customers are telling you, they did not understand the "security" message or couldn't identify it anywhere, you need to check they way you are communicating.

Hope it helps, take care.
