Who can I use for my reference on my National Security Questionnaire for the Navy?

I have not been at my current address very long and I am required to have a reference that knows me at this address on my application for the navy.I don't have anybody I know well enough to put on my application. Who should I use or can I leave it blank?

You can put me down.
Reply:No you cannot leave it blank. You can list one of your friends that knows you live there. Don't be afraid to list someone who is already listed elsewhere on the form. Try using one of your three personal references. You just can't use family members. I know that form is a pain in the ***, but do your recruiter a favor and fill that thing out as completely as possible.
Reply:If you need a reference for the address you're at right now then you can use a parent or a sibling. You just need someone who knows you live there.

You can't leave it blank. Your recruiter is going to type everything into the computer so he needs something to go off of.
Reply:Mail a letter to a former teacher who liked you and can say they know you live there (which they will once they get a letter from you).
