Do you really get money for answering questionnaires or is it just a scam?

if you are in the UK, join YOUGOV, they send out surveys about once a week, tops, and covers all range of topics that you can decide to answer or not. they pay around 50p per survey (sometimes £1 or prize draw).

Often see YOUGOV polls info being used on BBC news.

if you want to join, see link below, but if you want to help me, email me, i will send you a link, and i will earn extra for every survey you take for 3 months.

let me know if your interested.

done it!!! its a scam!!!!
Reply:probably a scam.
Reply:some yes, and some no. well, if it doesn't require you to fork out yr own cash, i guess you could try, no harm afterall. once i did a survey for a small company, and got a five dollars macdonalads voucher, lol. =)
Reply:It is a scam. Get a real job!
Reply:i think it is a scam
Reply:This is such a waste of time!

in my experience it's a scam, they ask you random questions (obviously the one's they want to know) that take about 10 minutes, then they tell you "thanks for applying, but we don't need you today" or "sorry, you don't fit in with the catagory"

annoying or what!

Oh and they also clog your inbox with a load of cr*p!!
Reply:actually, it depends upon the situation.
Reply:I just got a check for $14.00 from surveyspot.com.You may not get alot of money but you can get paid for the surveys that you

qualify to finish.Check it out.
Reply:Show me the money!

They are fun and you can get small prizes. I got a $5 care for Starbucks. Not big but lots of fun.
Reply:What your asking for is the catch! We'll here it is, My wife joined four or five of those damn things. They gave her anywhere between 3 cents and 10 cent credits. But they make more money by partnering with others and selling your e-mail account in which you agree to writtin in the TOS agreement. My wife received 1 check from one of them for $5.00. That was only after a month of surveys. The others required at least $30.00 to $50.00 credit before they would send out a check which would take anywhere between 6 months to a year to complete that many surveys to build that kind of credit. She quick taking the surveys because she said it was a waste of time and to this day she still gets 250 spam mail advertisements in her bulk folder per day.

We have researched over 38 of these and most were dead ends or next to impossible.

Anyone else is also welcome
Reply:It depends on what u call money. Information could be more precious to somebody than real money.
