i'm trying to design a questionnaire and was just wondering what other tpes of basic questions are usually included apart from age and gender?

ethnicity
religion
working status
any children?
married / single
Reply:I think it depends a little on what the questionnaire is about, but income level and marital status are common. You could also potentially include (if relevant): sexual orientation and political view (republican, democrat, etc).
Reply:There is no such thing. I have answered questionnaires that did not have one 'personal' question on them.
