Does anyone have a questionnaire for teachers to fill out regarding a child with possibly OCD?
Think you are on the right track.Teachers are a great source of input for any possible problems. Do what is right and and keep a good record of all communication.
Reply:Does your daughter have an IEP? If so, you could call a meeting and request that behavior scales be done. These coolud be of great help to you in achieving a diagnosis. I would also take reports from all of the teachers your daugther sees with you to the psychiatrist.
