Questionnaires for a research study:HELP?

I really want to make a good research study. It is by the way entitled "the effects of the experiences in handling dying patients among the staff nurses"

These are 3 of the questions that i'm planning to ask my respondents:

1.How did the course influence your feelings about death and dying?

2.What are the important lessons you learned about yourself?

3.What important lessons have you learned from your patient?

Please help me add more worthwhile questions please so I can gather as much information i can. thanks

Questionnaires for a research study:HELP?
What important lessons have you learned from the Patients Family!

In your opinion was their anything else you could have done to help Patient and Family cope?

In your opinion was their anything else the Hospital/Hospice could have done to help Patient and Family?

In your opinion, was their anything else the Team [as in Nurses, Doctors, Priest] could have done to help Patient and Family?

Remember it is not just the Nurse/Patient relationship, usually the Patient has a family, who seem to take a back seat in all this? Likewise after death, well you then have removal of the deceased, autopsey, undertaker, funeral, money is a big issue, so perhaps you could call in another professional to assist with the 'arrangements'. Good Luck
