They ask the dumbest questions:

Why do they give you those dumb questionnaires when you apply for a job?
put down dumb replies - like "tell them what?"
Reply:Those questionnaires are designed so they can learn about how you will handle situations that may come up.
Reply:Some people answer very truthfully, usually while under the influence (of whatever drug), and you would be surprised at some of the answers that they give.
It really does help weed people out.
Reply:They're put there to make your application process a nightmare. They ask the same questions in different forms. STUPID, I hate it!!!
