What is the best method of job analysis?Interview, questionnaires, direct observation, or worker's record?

Usually any one method is insufficent. At a minmun you need two or three methods to cross validated your information.





What sets works best depends alot on the job, the person being observed and who collecting the data.





Interviews and "desk audits"(direct observation) are the methods I saw used the most, but requires the most work.
