Has anyone recieved any of the free stuff by filling out the survey questionnaires?

You know those "Free Gift Card" offers or those "Free Software" offers that they say you recieve when you fill out their survey questionnaires. I tried doing one of those one time and it took me a couple of hours to get through a lot of the surveys before I got tired and quiet. Then, all I recieved were a bunch of spam email advertisements from a bunch of different companies. Has anyone ever gotten through one of those things and really recieved the free offer?

Has anyone recieved any of the free stuff by filling out the survey questionnaires?
Nope. The only free gift you get is another survey to fill out %26amp; more spam mail, then they start asking for your home address %26amp; telephone number. Most of that crap is coming from bill collectors that are searching for people to serve with paperwork, arrest warrants, or just plain old harrassment from an old debt. That's why I no longer answer anyone, except people on the yahoo site, because no one knows who you are except your service provider!

Reply:Yeah i know of people that have received calendars and some money. But what ends up happening is your email folder gets bombarded with spam.
Reply:All I got was 3000 spam emails I had to discontinue an account because of spam.
Reply:Most of them re scams that just try to gt your email address or make you complete offers that will in the end cost you more than if you would of just bought the "free item". I have a yahoo group that you can join that shows you websites that are legit if you wanna fill out surveys for extra money or free items. If you want to find out more you can join by sending an email to this address or visiting the site.

Reply:Skip all that and go to my site, you'll find ways to get lots of real free stuff and get paid for surveys. We have about 20 pages on site. http://www.thefreebiecafe.com
Reply:My guess is that if they aren't just a flat phishing scheems (promising something they don't intend to give you to get your information) then you would have to sign up for enough stuff that their referral commission would be enough to pay for that laptop/software or whatever. I wouldn't waste your time on anything you get via spam. It's at best a waste of time and at worst a scam which will rip you off.

I have taken surveys through websites where you can earn points to get things like CDs and gift card and such, or where they pay you a small amout per survey (usally $0.50-$5...occassionally $10-15 for longer surveys). I put a list of legit paid survey sites (ones that have actually payed me) on the following page. None will ask you to sign up for anything or pay anything.

Promosquad DEFINATELY is legit! Got my free ipod nano the other month! Among other things-- DVD's etc.

I also did one of those "complete these X offers..." and DID get a free ipod (Actually, they were out of them so send me a CHECK and I went out and bought the ipod!)

So... I'm trying one of the gift card ones... we'll see...

I'm sure most of them count on you not going through with all of it, but if you do, it's usually worth it!
Reply:I know what you mean.

I just pass on those kinds.

It is just not worth it.

I am you when I filled out there surveys I finally said forget it!!!!
Reply:I didn't have to sign up for survey questionnaires, what I needed to do was sign up for stuff like credit cards, and other easy things like Blockbuster Video. I used http://www.ShopFreePay.com and got a Sony PSP, basically for free.
Reply:NO I paid 60 dollars to some junk to get on those websites and they said they were on these news stations like NBC but nothing ever happened for me at all bunch of junk emails I get about 60 a day what a waste of money
Reply:I do this thing called "e-rewards" where you respond to surveys. You get "e-rewards currency" that you can convert into stuff or in my case I choose airline miles. It's and easy way to grab a few thousand airline miles every year. No spam, no phone, no mail. They just send the surveys.
Reply:Ive recieved Nothing.

Zero.
Reply:I have filled out forms and questionairs for over 4 months and only received i good answer . getting tired of filling out forms for their information. sometimes I think its a great hoax.
Reply:hell no!! i tried and tried. now all i get is junk mail from those people. what a rip off!! i get like 85 junk mails a day from that crap. boy did i screw up. now i don't reply to those e- mails. i just delete them
