What activity would be good for a college, teach the class, seminar on organizational culture and diversity?

We need to pretend we are an outside business who is teaching the class, who are new hires in the workforce, about organizational culture and organizational diversity. What would be an activity that we could do to help teach them. We can't think of any. Anyone know of a questionnaire etc... or anything.
